What can I expect in a session?
Sessions are slow, intentional, and responsive to your body. We begin with a brief check-in and an introduction to our treatment room where your session will take place. We give you time to dress down to your comfort level, and a moment to relax on the table before we begin.
As your massage progresses you are draped and kept secure, and the pressure is balanced so your system can settle. Please let us know if you need anything during your session for your comfort.

Yes. Many clients living with fibromyalgia find gentle massage therapy helpful as part of their overall wellness routine. Our approach emphasizes gentle communication, supportive pressure, and creating a calming space where your body can relax.
Do you offer pregnancy or prenatal massage?

What is Craniosacral Therapy?
Craniosacral Therapy is a gentle, very light touch modality that focuses on supporting relaxation and helping the body release tension patterns. Sessions are calm and restorative, often using subtle techniques that encourage your nervous system to settle. Many clients enjoy Craniosacral Therapy as part of a wellness focused approach to relaxation and reducing symptoms of stress.
How do you decide pressure? Do you offer deep tissue massage?
Pressure at Living Well Studios is guided by communication and your body’s feedback. Our techniques and approach are adjusted throughout the session so the work stays supportive and responsive.
While most services we offer are light to medium pressure in approach, our massage style is gentle, accumulative, and activates deeper tissues without force. We do offer our Structural Integration Massage Treatments as a healthy alternative to outdated deep tissue practices, as Integration relaxes the supportive muscles back into a place of rest over time.
Can I bring someone with me to my appointment?
Appointments are reserved for the scheduled guest only. To maintain a quiet, private, and peaceful environment, additional guests, friends, partners, and children are not permitted to accompany you into the studio during your appointment.
If you require a support person or companion due to an accessibility, medical, or other specific need, please contact us before your appointment so we can discuss appropriate arrangements.
Is this more therapeutic or relaxation based?
It is both! Sessions can be deeply relaxing while also addressing specific tension patterns when needed. Our massage approach is supportive and responsive in real time to address what is causing restrictions and tensions in your body.
